RESULTS

Bass tournaments

Keith Whitaker and Bill Wright won the Fellowship of Christian Anglers One Lure tournament July 25 at Banner Marsh Main with five fish weighing 13.13 pounds. Joe Lowery and Todd Forney placed second (4, 10.10) and Cory Storer and Bob Hartman Sr. third (4, 9.78). Doug Goertzen won big bass (5.38).

Steve Graves of Pekin won the River City Casters tournament July 21 at Jacksonville Lake with six fish weighing 20.10 pounds. Thad Altman of Manito was second (16.1) and John Garrett of Pekin third (13.7). Big bass was won by Graves (4.9).

Bob Hartman Jr. and Larry Miller won the Fellowship of Christian Anglers tournament July 20 at Snakeden Hollow with 12 fish weighing 19.17 pounds. Brett Brown and Dale Dufelmeier placed second (12, 16.65) and Doug Goertzen and Steve Hoffman third (12, 13.81). Tim Hinrichs won big bass (3.07).

Frank Campbell of Brimfield won the Illinois Central Bass Club tournament July 18 at Banner Marsh with three fish weighing 7.70 pounds. Sheldon Bevard of Pekin placed second (2, 7.22) and John Lane of Bartonville third (3, 4.26). Campbell won big bass (4.08).

Chris Benidict and Chad Burtelben of Washington won The Other Club tournament July 13 at Clinton Lake with five fish weighing 11.75 pounds. Rick Manz of Pekin and Dean Marhurin of Hanna City placed second (3, 7.75) and Jim Franklin and Bobby Harris of Washington third (1, 6.90). Franklin won big bass (6.90).

Bill Perry and Joel Reising won the Fellowship of Christian Anglers Scholarship tournament June 22 at Banner Marsh Main with 11 fish weighing 21.4 pounds. Reising won big bass (5.38).

Trap shoot

Winners in the Peoria Skeet and Trap Club’s Indian Coin Shoot on July 21 included:
