Banner handicapped dock repaired
May 03, 2010 at 11:03 PM
Long months without good access to the handicapped fishing dock at the Banner Marsh Main Access Area have come to an end.
Site superintendent Bill Douglass and site assistant manager Bill Kapitko put the finishing touches on the ramp to the dock Monday morning.
Anglers were already busy fishing before the work was done.
The ramp had previously been damaged and for some time the dock was not even accessible from shore. More recently, the dock had been accessible only for the fleet of foot.
Is the ramp still flooded ? Can I trailer launch a 16ft boat ?
