Snow geese still moving

Snow geese continued to move through Illinois last weekend.
We had reports from south of Springfield all the way north of Elmwood of birds heading north and west.
The latest aerial survey did not show any major concentrations, though.
There were 41,750 snows in southern Illinois and just 4,000 on Lake Springfield at the time of the census on Friday.
Since then, a huge flock was reported moving through the Springfield area on Saturday.
