Haake and Lowery win benefit bass tournament for National Guard families

Scott Haake and Troy Lowery won the 9th Annual Illinois Air National Guard Family Support Group Bass Tournament June 24 with a catch weighing 15.41 pounds.
Jim Dietel and Jeff Motter were second with 14.51 pounds.
Steve Parker and Herb Rush were third with 14.14 pounds.
Haake and Lowery also took big bass honors with a fish weighing 4.78 pounds.
Forty-two teams competed and 134 fish were weighed in for an average of 2.53 pounds each.
The benefit tournaments normally raise about $1,000 for family support.
