Central Illinois man sues, alleging geese attacked

NORMAL, Ill. (AP) — A man who claims he was seriously injured after being attacked by geese while working in central Illinois has filed a lawsuit.
WJBC Radio (http://bit.ly/JCpniM ) reports that Todd Cole filed his lawsuit last month in McLean County, seeking more than $50,000 from the Mitsubishi Mitsubishi Motors North America plant in Normal. An Oct. 5 hearing is scheduled.
The lawsuit contends Cole was working for a contractor at the Mitsubishi plant when the geese knocked him down, injuring his right shoulder. Attorney Sean Oswald claims Cole suffered “great pain and anguish, both in mind and body, and will in the future continue to suffer.”
Cole’s lawsuit contends Mitsubishi failed to protect Cole from the geese.
Mitsubishi spokesman Dan Irvin declined to comment on the lawsuit.

Poor Todd. What about the lawyer his got to be a piece of work too. Only in America.
Sorry to hear the guy got hurt, bu the anguish is probably due to letting a goose whoop up on you. Imagine going through the rest of your life knowing geese can kick your butt. Shame.
Wow, Todd. I spent some time in Fallujah in Iraq. I don’t think I suffer from “great pain and anguish, both in mind and body, and will in the future continue to suffer.” Then again, I wasn’t attacked by a goose. How tough your life must be…
