Curtis Wallen’s 10 pointer

Trophy Tidbits
Scorable Points: 125 inches
Kill Date: November 18, 2011
County: Vermillion County
Season: Shotgun
After a long discouraging bow season, I had 3 tree stands stolen from my hunting location. I began to lose hope in getting a deer in general for the season. I went to work that day, rushed to get my work done and made my way to the woods, at about 4:30 pm. It was to late to really go out, but i was anxious to get out there the first day of shotgun season. I sat there for about a half hour, then decided to call it a night after seeing absolutely nothing. I walked up a small hill, and there he stood, drinking from the pond. I laid down on the hill and took my shot and dropped him. Never been more excited about my First Buck
