Big Fish Info

Species: bass

Size: 8 pounds on scale at Cooksey's

Date: 3/12/11

County: Williamson

She was caught in about 2-1/2 feet of water on a chartreuse spinnerbait. She put up a good fight kept jumping out of the water shaking her head, i assumed i had her hooked in the jaw and thought i was gonna lose her. When I got her on the bank had her hooked in the cartilage in the top of her mouth. 10 lbs. spiderwire. I always said i wasn’t mounting one till I caught a ten but i’m 36 and it’s time to get one on the wall.
